PAM CAVANAGH (Ice Sports Victoria)
For over 40 years Pam Cavanagh has been involved in ice sports - as a participant, competitor, committed volunteer, innovator, administrator, leader and ice sports ambassador. It is because of Pam’s varied and vast achievements, and commitment to ice sports, that she was nominated as the inaugural President of Ice Sports Victoria. Her commitment to making ice sports accessible to all abilities (AAA) is exemplified by her passion for Para Ice Hockey. A passion that has led to the development of a number of AAA Come and Try events, ongoing local research into designing innovative Para Ice Hockey sleds, and Australian Para Ice Hockey athletes competing internationally. Pam Cavanagh firmly believes that everyone deserves to experience the ‘thrill of ice sports.’

WILLIAM YOUNGER (Victoria Ice Racing Association)
William (Bill) Younger is a mechanical engineer who has been involved in ice sports since 1968. He represented Australia in short track speed skating on 9 occasions and helped develop the first learn to speed skate program in Australia in 1980. Bill is the Secretary and Coach of the Docklands Demons Ice Racing Club which he helped form in 2017 and is a coach for the O’Brien IceHouse learn to speed skate program. With extensive corporate and not-for-profit experience at CEO/Managing Director and Board level both locally and internationally Bill brings a broad business skill set to the Ice Sports Victoria Board. Bill’s business and sporting background led to his appointment as the Group Manager of Sports for the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games. Bill was appointed as CEO of Ice Sports Victoria in 2012 and is committed to supporting all ice disciplines in achieving success in their endeavours.

WENDY MEIK (Ice Skating Victoria)
.Involvement in the sport of Figure Skating for over 25 years. An Adult Skater who has competed nationally in Synchronized Skating, and nationally and internationally as a solo and pair skater in Adult competitions. Positions held in the administration of Figure Skating: Board Member – Ice Sports Victoria; Ice Skating Australia past Treasurer and President; Past President, Treasurer, Vice President, Competition Convenor, Council member, and State Representative to ISA for Ice Skating Victoria; Past President, Treasurer, and Competition Convenor of Olympic Figure Skating Club.

JULIE-ANNE OATEN (Ice Skating Victoria)
Figure Skating has been a passion for 40 years. Initially a solo skater, later. Synchronised Skating with National Championship titles at Senior level. Team Leader role was awarded for the Australian Team for 5 World Championships, Senior Level Judge (retired), ongoing volunteer to Ice Sports. Positions in the Administration of Figure Skating: Board Member - Ice Sports Victoria, Operational Director for Ice Skating Australia, President Ice Skating Victoria, Treasurer and Council Member Ice Skating Victoria, President Icehouse Figure Skating Club at opening of the dual rink facility, Vice President IFSC, President of Melbourne Figure Skating Club, Competition Convenor 2025 Oceania International and MFSC National Competitions, Council and Member Olympic Figure Skating Club.

MARK WEBER (ICE SPORTS VICTORIA)
“Mark Weber(BSc) – officiated ice hockey for 18 years at local, national level across Australia. Started up Melbourne ICE in the AIHL. Secretary of the AIHL for 5 years. Have been involved in administration for past 10 years with women’s ice hockey. Passionate supporter of all women in sport and women’s ice hockey program. Currently work for the Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League (AWIHL) in administration/ strategy, marketing and sponsorship. Treasurer of the Australian Para Ice Hockey Association, since its inception in 2017. Committed to seeing the growth of women in sports here in Victoria.”

MICHELLE ZINTSCHENKO (VICTORIAN CURLING ASSOCIATION)
Australian born Michelle "Zinny" Zintschenko has been curling for about twenty years. She has also instructed many able bodied and wheelchair curlers, managed and coached Junior Men's and Women's team in international competition and has volunteered at curling events overseas.

LINDA BRODERSEN (Victorian Ice Racing Association)
Linda Brodersen became involved in Ice Racing in 1970 and skated competitively on and off until 1991. During that time she held Australian Records and represented Australia in the Tasman Cup. Linda returned to the sport in 2016 and has since competed in Ice Racing at the Masters level and has held Australian Records and a World record in her age group. Linda is currently the President of the Docklands Demons Ice Racing Club and is Treasurer of VIRA as well as being on the committee for ISV as she wants to contribute to the sport she loves in a constructive way. She is passionate about promoting the idea of seeing women involved in competition in all ages including the Master's level.

Alice Camn (Ice Hockey Victoria)
Alice started playing ice hockey as an adult in 2018 and have been involved in the sport ever since. In 2023, She joined Ice Hockey Victoria as an administrator, supporting the sport both on and off the ice.
